Marc Randazza is an experienced and trusted attorney with a large portfolio of prestigious clients spanning a diverse set of backgrounds. Marc J. Marc J. Randazza is the managing partner of a firm and now splits his time between the Las Vegas and Miami offices. He is also a nationally-known First Amendment and Intellectual Property attorney, handling many aspects of litigation and transactional matters globally.

A University of Massachusetts, at Amherst graduate, where he studied Journalism, but focused mostly on First Amendment legal issues. After college, Mr. Randazza worked as a journalist in Washington, DC, as well as Rome and Palermo, Italy.

Marc J. Randazza later attended Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree, and where he clerking for the Supreme Court of Vermont as well as Rydin Carlsten Advokatbyrå, a Stockholm-based intellectual property law firm.

Immediately following law school, Marc received a fellowship from the Brechner Center for Freedom of Information at the University of Florida, where he performed two years of in-depth research, publishing, and lecturing about First Amendment and intellectual property law issues. Following his fellowship, Randazza established a career in private practice, focused on First Amendment and Internet law.

His practice now includes representation of defendants in SLAPP actions, protestors, and other free speech cases as well as intellectual property litigation and transactions. Randazza legal representation extends to Internet businesses with Section 230 protection, adult entertainment businesses, and other businesses and individuals in intellectual property and free speech matters. Randazza was honored by Vegas, Inc. as one of Southern Nevada’s best attorneys for lawsuits and disputes among numerous other awards.

Continuing his academic background, Mr. Randazza taught First Amendment Law, Entertainment Law, Trademark Law, and Copyright Law at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. He has also become a frequent ‘go to’ panelist at legal conferences focused on these issues and is asked for commentary by the mainstream media, frequently appearing on national television news shows from CNN and Fox News to many other media outlets offering his expert commentary on First Amendment legal issues.

Marc Randazza is an officer of the First Amendment Lawyers’ Association, licensed to practice law in Nevada, California, Massachusetts, Arizona, Florida, all federal courts in those states, multiple federal appellate courts, and before the United States supreme court. He is also a Registered Trademark Agent with the Canadian Trademark Office.
